About eVesture

eVesture is a federally incorporated Canadian procurement intermediary, purpose-built for government goods tenders. We identify open solicitations on CanadaBuys, source from vetted international manufacturers, and manage the complete supply chain — purchase order, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and final delivery to the government receiving dock. Our focus is exclusively on goods-only contracts across federal, provincial, and municipal tiers.

Our operations are lean and AI-augmented. We deploy AI agents across the full deal lifecycle — tender screening, specification analysis, supplier RFQ, bid preparation, and rolling cash flow modelling — delivering the throughput of a much larger firm without proportional overhead. Every manufacturer undergoes multi-layer vetting: ISO certification review, SGS third-party inspection, and for Chinese suppliers, direct assessment through China's Unified Social Credit System (UCSS) and government compliance databases.

eVesture was founded in 2024 by Kris Lam, who brings an institutional investment background spanning RBC Capital Markets, TD Asset Management, and the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, combined with hands-on AI engineering and native Chinese fluency. This combination enables direct, friction-free access to Chinese manufacturing networks and the financial rigour to underwrite every bid and supply chain with institutional precision.
